AU stands for Australia. Our products begin in our own backyard, first and foremost. Au is also the chemical symbol for gold, atomic number 79, from the Latin aurum. Gold has long stood for purity, value and simple elegance — qualities we believe our products should reflect.
For us, the two meanings come together in one idea: value what comes from here, make products that deliver, use them well, and don’t overcomplicate good food.
